This Privacy Policy describes how MemoryFlashCard ("the Application"), developed by gusoliveira21, handles information. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Application is provided as a Free service and is intended for use "AS IS".

2. Information Collection and Use

MemoryFlashCard does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

  • No Personal Information: We do not require account creation, registration, or the provision of personal details (such as name, email, or phone number).

  • No Automated Collection: The Application does not use tracking tools, cookies, or analytics software (like Firebase or Sentry).

  • Local Storage Only: All data created within the app, including flashcards and learning progress (provided via JSON files by the user), is stored strictly on the user's local device. We do not have access to your content.

3. Third-Party Access and Advertising

  • No Third-Party Sharing: Since no data is collected, no data is shared with third parties.

  • No Advertising: The Application does not currently feature advertisements or sponsored content.

4. Permissions

The Application may request certain device permissions necessary for its core functionality (e.g., access to local storage to read JSON files). These permissions are used exclusively to allow the app to function as intended on your device.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not retain any of your information on our servers. To delete your data, you can simply clear the Application's cache/data in your device settings or uninstall the Application.

6. Children's Privacy

Because the Application does not collect any personal information, it does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13 (or 18).

7. Compliance (LGPD & GDPR)

Although the Application is designed for use regardless of location, it complies with the principles of the LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (Europe) by practicing Data Minimization and Privacy by Design, as no personal data is processed or stored by the Developer.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the Application does not connect to the internet, we recommend you review the Privacy Policy link on the Google Play Store periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
